🚫 Cancellations

We can't cancel or refund orders once shipped. Contact us within 1 hour of ordering if you need to cancel. After shipping, we can't help.

 

💰 Refund Policy

No returns or refunds. All sales are final. Buyers pay for return shipping and any loss in value if items aren't returned in original condition.

🤚 Return Policy

We don't accept returns. Please check your order details carefully before buying. We pack items securely to avoid shipping damage.

 

💸 Import Taxes

Please note that import duties and taxes are not included in the price and are the customer's responsibility. These charges will be collected by the carrier upon delivery

🌍 EU Customers

You need to pay VAT upon arrival. VAT isn't included in our prices. Check your country's VAT rate for potential charges.

 

📭 Lost Mail

If your package is lost, contact your local post office first. We aren't responsible once it's shipped. Please check with your post office for missing mail.
